Invoice E-Mail/Fax Services

  • We offer both e-mailing and faxing services for Customer Invoices, in addition to traditional postal mailings.

Specific Customer Part Numbers

  • If you have an established & current open account with Foster Electric you may use your own part numbers to place orders; therefore, having your own part numbers on your picking tickets & invoices. (This service is especially useful to OEM's and MRO accounts.)
  • How do we do it? We build a cross reference file to your numbers and our item numbers and UPC codes.
  • There is currently no cost for this service.

Local Delivery Service

  • We offer timely delivery services in and around the Lynchburg Metropolitan Area on a scheduled basis.
  • Schedule:
    • Lynchburg: Mon - Fri
    • Altavista: Mon, Wed, Fri
    • Amherst: Wed
    • Buena Vista: Tues, Thurs
    • South Boston/Brookneal: Wed
    • Bedford: Thurs
  • Special Deliveries can be made outside of these times upon request and availability of drivers.
  • Note that delivery days are based upon the quantity of orders available for delivery and the availibilty of drivers. All times/days are subject to change.

Emergency Supplies Pickup/Delivery

  • Product/Supply pickup and ordering is available at an "emergency" level, outside of normal business hours, when required. Speak with a sales person if this service may be required by you or your business.
  • There may be a fee associated with this service, determined at the time of emergency call
